Gearlab Nukilik Storm Greenland Kayak Paddle

The Nukilik Storm is the first modern Greenland paddle with exchangeable tips. Inspired by the Inuit tradition of strengthening paddle tips with bone, walrus ivory, and harder wood, Nukilik Storm integrates durable polyamide tips with a carbon fiber paddle. The tip unites smoothly with the paddle to form a seamless paddle stroke.

The Nukilik Storm has a shorter loom than the Nukilik model, but the same blade size. It is easy to maneuver in the water. Its shorter length makes it easy to store on a kayak’s front deck.
